ESPA structure is a mixture of delegates from the state poultry bodies and other agencies and independent President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer who are not delegates of the state bodies. The executive elected in 2017 are:

Vice President: Brian Bennett
Secretary/Treasurer: Cathy Newton
The structure of ESPA is built on the following guidelines.
Each state with a constituted and representative state body will nominate two delegates to serve as their representatives from AGM to AGM.
Further delegates may be added subject to the approval of the meeting to add further skills or resources to the existing committee.
A President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer will be elected at the AGM and will form the executive of ESPA and ensure that the day to day running of ESPA follows the guidelines set by the committee and delegates. They may not also serve concurrently as a delegate on the committee.
The current State Bodies are FCAQ, EPANSW, VPFA, TPFA, SAPA and WAPA. The ACT and NT will be invited to nominate a delegate through an alternative process.
Delegates from other bodies may be added in the interim between AGMs subject to the approval of the committee.
Should a delegate be unable to serve for some period of time their proxy shall be determined by the relevant body.
